About your role

To develop and execute strategic brand plans for assigned product, driving awareness, engagement, and growth in alignment with Orion Pharma’s global strategy and UK market needs. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful lifecycle management of Orion’s brands, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and excellence in execution

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement UK brand plans to sustain strong in-market growth, whilst aligning to Orion’s global therapy area objectives.
  • Act as the brand champion and first-line contact for the sales force, ensuring alignment and support across commercial activities.
  • Lead and monitor multi-channel promotional campaigns.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform brand decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, Medical, Sales, Business Insights, Public Affairs and Global teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage product launches and lifecycle activities, ensuring timely and impactful delivery.
  • Track and evaluate brand performance through KPIs and ROI analysis, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with ABPI Code.
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and external partners.
  • Support the UK Training Manager in designing and delivering product related onboarding and continuous development programmes for new and existing team members.

Qualifications and experience

To succeed in this role, we imagine you will have the following qualifications:

  • Degree in life sciences, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • ABPI Qualification – Advanced Professional Programme.
  • Relevant pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of UK healthcare system and ABPI Code of Practice.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
