⭐️ Brand Manager
📍 London (Hybrid 2x)
💰 £50,000 to £65,000
Our client is a rapidly scaling premium drinks SME approaching £10m t/o. They’ve built exceptional momentum with strong national distribution across all major UK grocers, alongside a high-performing D2C channel. We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, commercially-minded Brand Manager to turn strategy into standout brand experiences across trade, content, sampling, partnerships and activation. This role is broad, fast-paced and perfect for someone who loves making things happen; from a killer Tesco activation to a viral social moment, a smart partnership or 10,000 samples in the right hands. 🚀
Role & Responsibilities: 📋
Brand Activation & Execution
- Turn brand strategy into high-impact activations consumers see, taste, share and remember
- Deliver standout work across trade, partnerships, sampling, events & content
Trade & Shopper Marketing
- Execute effective retail activations, POS and in-store moments
- Support sell-through with smart shopper marketing and commercial alignment

Content & Social
- Manage content calendars, social output and brand storytelling
- Ensure creative consistency and high-quality execution
Sampling, Seeding & Partnerships
- Get product into the right hands through targeted sampling & seeding
- Build partnerships that drive awareness, relevance and cultural credibility
Brand Operations & Reporting
- Own reporting, admin, award submissions, PR support & brand presentations
- Keep projects organised, on time and commercially aligned
Innovation Support
- Contribute to NPD/EPD through insight, trends and consumer understanding
What’s on Offer? 🤝
- Base Salary: £50,000 to £65,000
- 25 Days Holiday + Xmas & NY period off + Bank Holidays
- Remote Working 2 weeks pa.

Do you have the following to apply? ✅
- Experience in brand management within a consumer challenger or high-growth brand
- Strong trade marketing, activation or shopper experience
- Creative thinker with commercial instincts and high executional standards
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple projects
- Confident working cross-functionally with commercial, operations and marketing
- Analytical mindset, comfortable with metrics, performance and reporting
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments
