Key Responsibilities
- Brand Value Drivers Strategy & Plans: Aim High & Deliver with excellence & passion, key initiatives (Packaging, Blends)
- Sustainability Strategy & Vision: Deliver short / medium initiatives, brilliantly, becoming a champion for Sustainability
- Driving Portfolio to Opportunity: Create & execute a winning Cross Shop Plan with clear KPIs
- Clarity on key priorities & KPI’s
- Agility to flex where appropriate/ unblock challenges / stay on track
- Excellence in consumer needs & intuition
- Strong portfolio and competitor knowledge
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Engaging leadership of cross functional team – clarity of goals, success, expectations, with challenge and support
- Strong stakeholder management & ability to build relationships & collaborate
- High learning agility – able to flex and adapt plans
- Commercial, curious and consumer centric with passion for Sustainability
- Ability to identify & develop insight & translate into a winning proposition & application to brand experience
- Creativity in what & how you deliver & execute
