Brand & Content Manager

Location: London | Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office | Department: Marketing

We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-scaling, next-generation payments business that's redefining recurring commerce. Backed by a strong leadership team and a recent brand refresh, they're now looking for a Brand & Content Manager to own their content strategy and brand storytelling as they scale.

The Role

As Brand & Content Manager, you'll lead brand storytelling, visual identity, and full-funnel content strategy, elevating awareness, supporting demand generation, and positioning our client as a category leader in payments. You'll set the direction and tone of the brand and ensure consistency across every touchpoint.

What You'll Do

  • Define, evolve, and safeguard the brand's tone of voice, narrative, and visual system.
  • Own the content strategy end-to-end, including how content is planned and pushed to market across channels, not just producing it.
  • Develop content across formats: blog posts, ebooks, thought leadership, customer stories, case studies, and sales enablement collateral.
  • Partner with Demand Generation on content that supports campaigns, ABM, and lead generation.
  • Work with Product and Sales to build messaging frameworks and product narratives for GTM execution.
  • Manage the PR agency relationship (regular check-ins) and guide messaging priorities, media outreach, and press releases.
  • Own award submissions, working with internal experts to represent the business competitively.
  • Manage the company's organic LinkedIn presence, including employee branding, job posts, and content, plus design assets like LinkedIn banners using existing brand templates.
  • Analyse content and PR performance and recommend data-driven improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

  • Experience in brand management, content strategy, and content creation, ideally within payments, fintech, or SaaS.
  • A genuine eye for design and detail. You notice when something's misaligned or off-brand, and you take pride in getting it right.
  • Skilled in Canva. You'll be hands-on producing brand-consistent visuals and social assets, so this is a required skill.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude as part of a modern content workflow.
  • Proven experience managing PR agencies or external comms partners, including award submissions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex payments/fintech concepts.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and genuinely passionate about the craft. This is a fast-paced environment, not suited to a coast-through-the-week approach.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with performance metrics and reporting.
