At Royal London, we’re entering an exciting new chapter, with a refreshed brand positioning that brings our Purpose to life in a bold, distinctive, and meaningful way. As the UK's largest customer-owned life, pensions and investment company, we're committed to helping customers build financial resilience and confidence for the future. Join us for the next part of the journey.
We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded, and creatively driven brand professional to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of one of the UK’s most trusted financial services brands, influencing senior stakeholders, optimising our media plans for efficiency and impact, and developing brand and product multimedia campaigns and assets that drive growth. You’ll thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment where fresh thinking is encouraged, innovation is valued and your ideas can have a visible impact on customers, colleagues and the business.

About the role

  • Develop and optimise media plans to ensure alignment with business objectives, target audience behaviours and campaign KPIs, making clear recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Act as the media subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance on media planning, channel selection, audience targeting and investment optimisation, applying a commercial lens to align activity with business priorities.
  • Use media performance data, market insight and econometrics modelling to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, optimise investment decisions and demonstrate the impact of brand activity on commercials and brand health metrics.
  • Translate media and performance data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop high-quality campaigns, creative assets, messaging and brand experiences that work consistently across internal and external channels.
  • Act as a brand guardian on brand positioning, visual identity and tone of voice.
  • Manage and champion the brand by overseeing governance processes, ensuring communications and touchpoints reflect brand standards.
  • Build strong relationships and provide expert advice that empowers teams and external partners to deliver on-brand, impactful communications.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
