Brand Manager – Beauty

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + Benefits

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Brand Manager to join a growing and innovative beauty business. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building brands, launching products, and delivering commercially successful marketing campaigns.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing product launches, and driving brand growth across the UK market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that drive sales and market share.
  • Plan and deliver new product launches from concept through to execution.
  • Manage the annual brand marketing calendar.
  • Work closely with Sales, NPD, Digital Marketing, and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance.
  • Support retailer activation plans and promotional campaigns.
  • Brief and manage external agencies where required.
  • Present brand performance and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Brand Manager within the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong understanding of consumer marketing and brand development.
  • Experience launching and managing products.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in analysing market data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
