  • Build and manage content plans and calendars across retail, ecommerce, CRM, social media, digital, and other customer touchpoints.
  • Support the delivery of global seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key brand moments.
  • Coordinate the creation, review, and deployment of communication assets, ensuring alignment with Godiva's premium brand positioning and distinctive assets.
  • Support creator, influencer, PR, and content partnership programs that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Partner closely with Design teams to ensure all communications are visually distinctive, consistent, and recognisably Godiva.
  • Collaborate with Category and Commercialisation teams to integrate communication requirements into innovation and portfolio plans.
  • Provide local markets with activation guidance, localisation frameworks, and launch readiness support.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with creative, content, PR, and influencer agencies, including timelines, feedback, and approvals.
  • Track campaign performance, communication effectiveness, and asset utilization, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Capture and share best practices and learnings across regions to improve marketing effectiveness and execution quality globally.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
