Brand Manager - Lean Kitchen Network

Location: London, Hybrid

Who are LKN?

Lean Kitchen Network is creating and scaling the world’s most remarkable food brands. We combine standout food concepts with the commercial know-how to grow them across delivery, hospitality, foodservice, and retail. That means pushing boundaries on flavor, challenging old-school models, and finding smarter ways for brands to reach more customers, in more places.

We work with some of the world’s biggest food and consumer names — including Twisted, Heinz, Doritos, PepsiCo, and Unilever — creating new concepts, unlocking new channels, and turning great ideas into brands & products that can scale. Today, our brands operate across 300+ locations, from restaurants, hotels, and pubs to universities, offices, and retailers. And we’re still growing.

The Role

You’ll work closely with the Brand Manager, and own & grow a portfolio of food brands across delivery, hospitality, foodservice, and retail.

We’re looking for a Brand Manager who wants to get properly stuck in — someone equally happy digging into delivery performance, spotting the next food trend, briefing a campaign, visiting one of our sites, or figuring out why a brand isn’t growing fast enough.

We want you to know your brands inside out: what customers love, what’s selling, what competitors are doing, where the opportunities are, and what we should try next. Someone who takes initiative — spotting opportunities, digging into problems, and coming to the table with ideas and solutions.

What You’ll Do

Build & Grow Brands

  • Take real ownership of brands and projects across our portfolio
  • Understand what makes each brand distinctive, desirable, and commercially successful
  • Help evolve propositions, positioning, menus, pricing, and customer experience
  • Spot opportunities to improve performance and turn them into clear actions and tests
  • Support new brand development, launches, and expansion into new channels and locations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Drive Commercial Performance

  • Track how your brands are performing across delivery and on-site channels
  • Get under the skin of how delivery platforms work, including Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat
  • Understand how proposition, photography, pricing, promotions, menus, and positioning affect conversion and sales
  • Turn data and customer insight into action plans rather than just reports
  • Measure the impact of what we do and use the learning to make the next decision better

We don’t separate brand from commercial performance.

Create Campaigns & Content

  • Help take campaigns from idea through to execution
  • Own and maintain campaign and content calendars across the brand portfolio
  • Brief and coordinate creative, photography, video, and other brand assets
  • Help create campaigns across social, digital, delivery platforms, physical sites, and other customer touch points

Work Smarter

  • We’re building a modern food business, and we expect our team to embrace new technology.
  • You’ll use AI and other tools to help with research, customer insight, content, analysis, ideation, and project delivery.
  • We don’t want AI to replace thinking. We want it to help us think better, move faster, and spend more time doing the work that matters.

Who You Are

  • You have 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing or brand role, ideally in hospitality, food, or FMCG. Experience with Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat is also a bonus.
  • Proactive. You spot what needs doing and get on with it.
  • Curious. You want to know why one brand is growing, why another isn’t, what customers are responding to, and what we should try next.
  • Commercial. You care about building great brands, but you’re just as interested in sales, conversion, pricing, and what actually drives growth.
  • Resourceful. You can make progress without perfect data, huge budgets, or endless lead times.
  • Obsessive about food. You’re tapped into culture and food — and you know what’s happening and what’s coming before it lands, because you're genuinely paying attention.
  • In the Detail. You notice when something looks, sounds, or feels off brand.
  • Fast-moving. You’re comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and not having a playbook for everything.

We want someone who gets excited about owning, building, and growing something. If your instinct is: “I’ll own it. I’ll figure it out. I’ll make it better”, we want to hear from you.
