About the role:

We’re looking for a Brand Manager to join our UK Marketing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who is ready to take greater ownership of a brand portfolio and make their mark. You’ll work across brand strategy, NPD, campaigns, digital, insights and commercial performance, with the opportunity to see your ideas move from concept through to execution.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the annual brand plan, working closely with Sales, Category, R&D, Operations and external agency partners to grow your brands and deliver against business objectives.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your brand career, this is a role where you’ll have the opportunity to build your experience, broaden your commercial exposure and take real ownership.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and deliver the annual brand plan across your portfolio.
  • Develop and execute campaigns, digital, social and market activity.
  • Lead NPD from concept through to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage external agencies and partners to deliver great brand work.
  • Track brand and commercial performance, using insights and data to identify opportunities.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in brand or marketing, ideally within FMCG or another consumer-facing category.
  • Experience working across brand plans, campaigns and NPD.
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills and experience working with agencies.
  • A proactive, organised approach and the confidence to take ownership and make things happen.
