Main Purpose & Scope of the Job

This is an exciting role in our growing marketing team, providing hands-on brand and marketing support across both our UK & Ireland and international businesses. The role reports directly to the Senior Brand & Marketing Manager UK & Ireland and provides agreed dotted-line support to the Senior Brand & Marketing Manager International, helping both areas translate strategy into high-quality, well-coordinated execution.

You’ll work closely with Senior Brand & Marketing Managers, supporting teams across Sales, Digital, International, Healthcare Practitioners, Science, Design, and Creative. You’ll coordinate activity across brand campaigns, product launches, customer plans, and international workstreams, bringing people together and keeping projects moving with clarity and energy.

We’re looking for someone with a broad depth of experience, great instincts, a creative mind, strong attention to detail, and, most importantly, someone who’s comfortable rolling up their sleeves to support on any task to get the job done within our close-knit team. If that sounds like you and you’re also a lovely human, we’d love to work with you.

Flexibility is essential at Wren Laboratories, with all teams working closely together to support and develop the ‘Optibac’ brand, so occasional additional support duties may be required in other areas of the business.

Tasks & Responsibilities

This document outlines the duties required of the post to indicate the level of responsibility. It is not a comprehensive or exhaustive list, and duties may vary from time to time but these would not change the general character of the job or the level of responsibility.

The post covers the following key areas:

Brand

  • Support the execution of our global brand strategy and communications plan across the UK & Ireland and, where agreed, international markets.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent tone of voice and visual identity across channels and markets.
  • Support the development of core global assets and toolkits led by the Senior Brand & Marketing Manager UK & Ireland, and their effective adoption and localization internationally under the governance of the Senior Brand & Marketing Manager International.
  • Support with PR initiatives, awards, and broader brand-building projects as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
