Role description
We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to join our expanding team in either London or Dublin. You will become the key liaison between clients and internal teams, you'll ensure timely and successful project delivery through effective communication and coordination. In this pivotal role, you will master our innovative, proprietary processes while cultivating long-term relationships with valued clients. Your ability to nurture client relationships will be crucial in driving company revenue growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Role commission structure
Imprint Engine offers top-line revenue targets with a team structure, giving Brand Managers the capability to earn a highly competitive OTE, with quarterly revenue-based bonuses year-over-year. We offer unlimited growth and a supportive, team selling environment.
Some of your responsibilities will include
- Manage your own book of business
- Drive company revenue growth through nurturing client relationships and identifying upselling opportunities
- Work with the Director of Client Success to help mentor and motivate a team of Brand Associates to deliver top-notch work for our clients.
- Direct all aspects of client business from strategy through execution with attention to quality and detail and the foresight to identify (and circumvent) potential challenges; make management aware of challenges preventing the retention and/or growth of program clients
- Drive client sales, client outcomes and client experience
- Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores
- Reduce churn and drive new internal business growth
- Actively nurture new and existing client relationships and help communicate client needs to internal team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to suggest product or program improvements responsive to client feedback and industry trends
- Deeply understand and influence brand insights, client segmentation and target needs to assist in the development of thoughtful and strategic plans and executions
- Develop strong professional relationships with clients and deliver effective meetings and presentations with poise and confidence
- Support Senior Management in new business opportunities as needed

Desired skills and qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience in the promotional products or print production industry
- General knowledge of various print production processes (screen printing, heat transfer, pad printing, digital printing, embroidery, engraving, etc.)
- Proven ability to hit revenue targets
- Experience being the main point of contact for clients and delegating tasks to team members
- Technical experience and the ability to speak to technical customers in their language
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth technical sales environment
- Strong teamwork mentality and excellent communication skills
