Location: Hybrid - Hemel
Job Length: Permanent – Full Time

About Carlsberg Britvic
Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, poppi, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.
With a strong national footprint, the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 5 production facilities and 16 logistics depot’s servicing customers up and down the UK. As these two historical businesses have come together, the one common goal remains, and that is ensuring our people succeed.
About the Role
We're looking for a Brand Manager to help advance our exciting Alcohol-Free Beer, Beyond Beer and Somersby Cider portfolio. In this role, you'll play a key part in accelerating these fast-growing categories, attracting new consumers to our brands and shaping compelling propositions that win in the market. Working cross-functionally, you'll help bring innovative ideas to life and ensure our brands stand out with impact.

Role Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver a leading innovation pipeline, partnering with the Marketing Controller to unlock future growth.
- Turn consumer insights and market trends into compelling new propositions that excite customers and consumers.
- Lead cross-functional teams to bring new products to life, from concept through to a market-ready launch across multiple channels.
- Build effective relationships across the marketing community, encouraging collaboration and shared success.
- Identify growth opportunities by analysing consumer behaviour, category trends, and market dynamics across Beer and Beyond Beer.
- Manage the Somersby execution of annual plan and P&L, balancing commercial performance with brand investment to deliver commercial targets.
- Use data and analytics to measure performance, capture key learnings, and enhance marketing ROI.
- Promote the Reimagine Beer agenda, inspiring engagement across commercial teams and bringing strategic plans to life.
- Build brand growth through creative thinking, commercial acumen, and high-quality execution in an evolving environment.
Experience and Key Attributes
- Demonstrated brand marketing experience within FMCG or a consumer-led business.
- Ability to build brand momentum, improve market position, and boost commercial results.
- Skilled strategic thinker, able to turn consumer and shopper insights into effective brand plans.
- Experience developing and delivering impactful campaigns, innovation, and NPD launches.
- Commercially focused, with experience managing brand budgets, P&Ls, and ROI.
- Solid understanding of consumer, category, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Experienced in guiding cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.
- Experienced in stakeholder management, with a focus on creating trusted relationships across local, regional, global, and agency partners.
- Highly organised with solid project management skills and the ability to deliver at pace.
- Collaborative, engaged, and results-focused, with the ability to inspire others, advocate for innovative ideas, and turn strategy into effective execution.
