Brand Manager

Based - St Albans, AL1 2RE (Hybrid 50%)
Permanent, Full Time

At Premier Foods, we're proud to be home to some of the UK's most loved food brands. We're now looking for an experienced Brand Manager to take ownership of Ambrosia, a £118m brand enjoyed by millions of households across the UK and help shape its next chapter of growth.

The Role

As Brand Manager for Ambrosia, you'll lead the delivery of brand growth plans, innovation projects, packaging and communication initiatives, ensuring the brand continues to delight consumers while delivering strong commercial results. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, R&D, Operations and Category to bring exciting ideas to life and drive performance.

What you will be doing:

  • Owning brand performance, analysing market trends and identifying growth opportunities
  • Leading innovation and product extension projects from concept through to launch
  • Delivering shopper marketing, social media and in-store activation campaigns
  • Supporting the development of annual and longer-term brand strategies
  • Managing marketing budgets and ensuring strong ROI
  • Building compelling retailer sell-in stories alongside commercial teams
  • Influencing stakeholders across the business to deliver successful outcomes

What we need from you:

We're looking for a commercially minded marketer with:

  • Previous brand management experience within FMCG or a similar consumer-focused environment
  • Strong project management skills and a track record of delivering results
  • Excellent analytical and commercial awareness
  • The ability to turn consumer and market insights into action
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • A collaborative approach and passion for building great brands
