As a pivotal member of our marketing team, you will be instrumental in shaping how our brand connects with audiences globally, with a keen focus on bringing global strategies to life through impactful regional execution. You will be at the forefront of crafting compelling narratives, driving integrated campaigns, and ensuring our brand’s voice is heard authentically and powerfully across various touchpoints. Your work will directly contribute to expanding our cultural footprint and achieving ambitious business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate overarching brand strategies into effective regional marketing plans and initiatives.
  • Lead the execution of integrated brand marketing campaigns across a multitude of channels, from digital to experiential.
  • Collaborate closely with creative agencies, external partners, and cross-functional internal teams to bring campaigns and activations to fruition.
  • Drive the development and implementation of brand assets, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Progressive experience in brand marketing, ideally within a globally recognized consumer, lifestyle, sports, fashion, entertainment, or technology brand.
  • Proven ability to operate within a global brand framework, successfully adapting and executing global strategies at a regional or local level.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and deploying integrated brand marketing plans across diverse channels and consumer touchpoints.
  • Experience managing relationships and projects with creative agencies, external collaborators, and internal cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and activations.

  • Collaborative & Adaptable: Builds strong relationships across functions, working effectively with diverse personalities and seniority levels.
  • Acute Brand & Creative Instincts: Possesses a deep understanding of what constitutes culturally relevant, high-quality brand work and can articulate creative rationale.
  • Culturally Curious: Genuinely engaged with current trends in music, sport, fashion, entertainment, and emerging culture, with an intuitive grasp of what resonates with younger audiences.
  • Commercially Minded: Understands the direct link between brand marketing efforts and broader business objectives, connecting activities to measurable outcomes.
