Job Title: Brand Manager – Brooklyn

Location: Hybrid – Hemel with a weekly expectation to be on site and other Carlsberg Britvic sites where needed

Job Length: 12 Month FTC – Full Time

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti, Brooklyn ale, Hobgoblin, J2O, Robinsons, Tango, London Essence, Pepsi, Pepsi MAX, 7UP, poppi, Lipton Iced Tea, and Rockstar Energy.

With a strong national footprint, the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 5 production facilities and 16 logistics depots servicing customers up and down the UK. As these two historical businesses have come together, the one common goal remains, and that is ensuring our people succeed.

About the Role:

We are recruiting for a Brand Manager – Brooklyn, reporting into the Marketing Controller for Craft, Ales & Speciality. This role will take ownership of Brooklyn Brewery's growth in the UK, delivering the annual brand plan through high-quality activation, innovation, and brand execution. Working cross-functionally across the business, the role will grow customer engagement, distribution, and brand visibility across the On and Off Trade. From launching exciting new products to executing Brooklyn Brewery's flagship activation programme, including its Official Beer Partner of Glastonbury Festival, this role will play a key part in building one of the most culturally relevant and exciting brands in the beer category.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the annual Brooklyn Brewery brand plan, building growth through effective execution and activation.
  • Manage an Assistant Brand Manager, developing capability while advocating for the brand across the wider business.
  • Manage innovation launches and integrated marketing campaigns across multiple consumer and customer touchpoints.
  • Own the delivery of Brooklyn Brewery's flagship partnerships and experiences, including its Official Beer Sponsorship of Glastonbury Festival.
  • Partner with commercial teams to grow distribution, visibility, and brand performance across the On and Off Trade.
  • Create compelling customer-facing materials that deepen brand advocacy and commercial impact.
  • Lead innovation, design, and packaging projects from concept to launch.
  • Manage budgets and agency partnerships to increase effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Develop engaging brand assets and activations that enhance brand presence across all channels.
  • Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution.

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • Brand management experience within FMCG, beverages, or a related consumer-led category.
  • Solid commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and evaluating performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute activations, sponsorships, product innovation launches, or integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Skilled at aligning and collaborating across cross-functional and matrix teams.
  • Experience working with agencies to deliver top-quality creative and activation programmes.
  • Project management capabilities, with excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate strategy into effective, consumer-focused execution.
  • Effective communicator with skilled stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilient, solution-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced business.
  • Experience coaching or developing others.
