Contract: Fixed-Term Contract, approx. 5 months
Little Moons are bitesized, handheld balls of artisan gelato, cheesecake, and ganache wrapped in a soft and chewy rice flour dough to create a distinctive snack that’s bursting with flavour.
Their rollout has been pioneered by sister and brother duo Vivien and Howard Wong, who founded Little Moons in 2010. The product’s roots are in high-end restaurants, but over the last decade, retail packs have swept the frozen and chilled snacking categories in grocery and food service.
Little Moons has rapidly established mochi, and frozen and chilled snacking, across the world. In 2025 we generated more than £50m revenue, and in 2026 we continue to drive towards high levels of growth. We are also a Certified B Corporation, which reflects our strong commitment to balancing profit and purpose. This certification means we are part of a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact, reinforcing our dedication to making a meaningful difference.
We are very proud of the culture that we have built at Little Moons. Not to stroke our own egos, but we are a great bunch of people, smart, passionate, interesting, and funny who work hard to support and live our values, all the while keeping our mission in our forethoughts.
The Role:
DACH and France represent some of our most exciting opportunities for growth, and we're looking for a marketer ready to help unlock them. Over the next 5 months, you'll lead the execution of our regional marketing plans from our London office - Bringing our brand to life through standout campaigns, exciting product launches, and activity that puts the consumer at the heart of every decision.
From championing the consumer and delivering high-impact creator campaigns, to launching major new products and building strong distributor and customer partnerships, you'll drive activity that gets noticed and delivers results. It's a brilliant opportunity for an experienced, hands-on marketer who thrives on autonomy, moves with pace, and loves turning plans into action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the marketing plan and budget for DACH and France, aligned to global brand strategy and local commercial priorities.
- Build and manage relationships with local agencies, with a particular focus on delivering high-quality earned attention activation in Germany.
- Lead the development and delivery of trade marketing plans with key retailers, working closely with the commercial team to unlock growth opportunities.
- Act as the day-to-day marketing lead for DACH & France — ensuring clarity on priorities, strong execution discipline, and accountability for delivery.
- Partner with central teams (e.g. TikTok, paid media, content) to ensure activity is delivered to brief and measured effectively.
- Ensure strong alignment between brand, commercial, and distributor partners to maximise the impact of all activity.
- Champion the voice of the local consumer, using market insight to inform activation and optimise performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
