Brand Manager
We’re hiring a Brand Manager to join the Disguise team.
We’re looking for someone with a strong mix of licensing, product development, and commercial experience — ideally with experience in costumes, fancy dress, toys, or licensed consumer products.
This is a hands-on role with ownership of some of our key brands and licensor relationships.

- Acting as the main point of contact for licensors
- Managing communication between licensors and internal teams
- Line planning and range development
- Supporting forecasting and business planning
- Working with Sales on key customer range planning and presentations
- Leading licensor business reviews
- Supporting trade shows and marketing activity
- Acting as a brand guardian across product and commercial decisions

We’re looking for a confident communicator and strong stakeholder manager who can balance brand integrity, product development, and commercial performance.
