Brand Manager
We’re looking for a passionate and creative Brand Manager to join our dynamic UK team! Working as a part of the Marketing Department you will be driving the future growth of great brands within the William Grant & Son’s portfolio including The Famous Grouse, Drambuie and Grant’s. Responsible for creating and executing marketing programs that resonate with UK consumers to deliver long-term brand equity and sustainable market share growth, you’ll have a growth mindset and want to be challenged in a role that has a high degree of ownership.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of brand plans that drive growth across the UK on selected portfolio brands turning global strategies into locally impactful campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams and agencies, ensuring activations are insight-led, creatively impactful, and commercially effective.
- Manage cross-functional projects and drive channel execution and performance evaluation.
- Have ownership for delivering on iconic spirits brands.
- Gain access to leading training, tools, and events to put you at the forefront of the drinks industry.

- Confident and creative marketer with an insightful commercial mind.

- Strong experience in FMCG or drinks.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver outstanding campaigns.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing creative flair with disciplined execution.
- Manages agency partners and internal stakeholders to a high standard.
