Brand Manager
Location: Berkshire
Base salary: up to £50k DOE
Benefits: 10% annual bonus, 8% pension, £6k car allowance, partner private healthcare
Full time, permanent
Hybrid: 2–3 days per week in the office
We're looking for a Brand Manager to join a growing consumer brands business with a strong portfolio and real ambition. You'll help grow a range of well-known brands, bringing sharp execution and a love of the numbers to everything you do. Working with digital, insight, sales, supply chain and agency partners, you'll turn brand plans into campaigns that win with consumers and customers alike.
The role
- Help shape brand strategy and positioning for your portfolio, based on real consumer understanding.
- Turn plans into joined-up campaigns across ATL, in-store, digital, PR and e-commerce.
- Run day-to-day brand delivery with pace and care, keeping the look, message and tone consistent.
- Manage the brand P&L and marketing budget, making every pound work hard.
- Track weekly and monthly performance across sales, distribution, promotions and media.
- Pull together sales, retailer, digital and consumer data into clear, practical recommendations.
- Bring ideas to the innovation pipeline and help build the business case.
- Take new products and renovations from concept to launch, keeping teams aligned and deadlines met.
- Review what's launched and find ways to keep improving, from pack design to channel mix.
- Be the go-to project lead across internal teams and agencies.
- Own the result, not just the task, and build strong relationships inside and outside the business.

What you'll bring
- At least 2 years of brand marketing experience in the UK, ideally in consumer brands.
- Early commercial awareness and a grasp of what drives profit and loss.
- Confidence with digital platforms, consumer insight and performance data.
- A creative, hands-on approach with plenty of energy and ownership.
- A degree in marketing, business or similar is welcome but not essential.

The top of the salary range is for candidates with strong UK brand experience, sharp commercial awareness and a proven ability to deliver results with energy and ownership.
