We are now looking for a Brand Manager EMEA who wants to help grow and strengthen our leading brands.
Your responsibilities
- Drive the Blackstone brand strategy across EMEA to support business growth and consumer demand
- Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, market trends and competitive analysis
- Partner with Sales, E-commerce, Retail Marketing and local market teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives
- Monitor brand and business performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Act as the key EMEA contact within the global Blackstone organization
- Coordinate the adaptation and execution of campaigns, content and marketing tools across multiple markets
- Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Support local teams with strategic guidance and best practices
- Build brand engagement through storytelling, creator partnerships and consumer-focused activations
- Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver marketing excellence

Our requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing or Integrated Marketing
- Proven experience building and growing consumer-facing brands
- Track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience working across multiple EMEA markets
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior and market trends
- Knowledge of retail, e-commerce and omnichannel marketing
- Experience managing agencies, campaigns and marketing budgets
- Strong analytical, commercial and project management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Native or near-native English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Passion for lifestyle brands, outdoor cooking, food culture and consumer experiences
