Description
Fenris Creations London is looking for a Brand Manager to join our London team and help shape the brand, positioning, and player-facing identity of EVE Vanguard; a new multiplayer First Person Shooter connected to the rich universe of EVE Online.
The successful candidate will be a highly collaborative, player-focused brand professional with a strong understanding of games, audiences, and consumer behavior. You will help develop and champion the EVE Vanguard brand, working closely with Development, Marketing, Community, Publishing, Analytics, and other teams to ensure we build a clear, compelling, and consistent experience for players.
This role requires someone who thrives at the intersection of players, insight, creativity, and strategy - someone who can turn a deep understanding of our audience into meaningful positioning, messaging, campaigns, and experiences while bringing people together around a shared vision for the brand.
We believe diversity is a strength, and we are looking for talent across the board.
Your Tasks
- Help shape and champion the EVE Vanguard brand, working with the Brand Director to turn the game vision, player insights and market understanding into clear positioning, messaging and player-facing experiences.
- Build strong relationships across Development, Publishing, Marketing, Community, PR, Data & Analytics and other teams, helping align activity around a consistent brand direction.
- Use player research, community feedback, behavioral data, market trends and competitive insights to inform brand strategy, marketing activity and product and creative decisions.
- Work closely with Community and Content teams to understand and grow the EVE Vanguard community, turning player conversations and feedback into actionable insights, engaging content and opportunities to build long-term fans and advocates.
- Help identify and improve key player journeys and touchpoints, using audience understanding and data to strengthen engagement and the overall brand experience.
- Plan and coordinate go-to-market activity for launches, patches, updates and other key beats, collaborating with Marketing and Publishing teams to take campaigns and content from idea through to delivery.
- Co-manage day-to-day brand activity, keeping plans, priorities and deliverables moving across teams and working closely with producers and stakeholders through to execution.
- Work with Growth to continually improve EVE Vanguard’s presence across Steam, storefronts, website, game launcher and other owned channels.
- Champion the EVE Vanguard brand internally, keeping teams connected to the player, the community and the overall brand promise.
- Support the planning and hands-on delivery of Fanfest and other key industry and community events, including presentations, trailers, video content and supporting materials.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
