Do you feel empowered to lead?

Are you getting the pace and budget responsibility your career needs?

Our client's UK business is the best performing market in one of Europe's most innovative homecare businesses.

This isn't a role where you wait for HQ to hand you a finished campaign.

You'll take global brand strategy and turn it into local wins — plans that move the needle on awareness, penetration and share in one of our most important markets.

You'll sit on the Country Leadership Team as the voice of the consumer and the brand, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales, Category, Online and HQ to make sure marketing investment actually shows up in results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Day to day, that means owning the local marketing calendar and budget, adapting central campaigns for UKI (and Germany), running shopper activation with key retailers, and turning consumer insight into decisions — not just decks. You'll be as comfortable in a joint business planning meeting as you are briefing a creative agency or digging into brand health data.

We're looking for someone who is: Entrepreneurial and commercially sharp. Consumer-obsessed and data-driven. Equally at ease with strategy and execution. Someone who thrives on ownership and doesn't need everything spelled out.
