About Us

We make health happen.

The Role

Are you ready to join an exciting, fast-paced, and dynamic team?

Join us at a time when brand is a key enabler of growth across our business. We’re seeking an experienced Brand Manager for a 12-month contract or secondment role, reporting to the Senior Brand Manager.

You’ll help shape and deliver our approach to brand architecture, brand strategy, naming, and integrated brand planning.

Working across teams, business units, our Group function, and markets, you’ll turn strategic thinking into clear, practical direction that strengthens, simplifies, and protects our brand.

You’ll also support the development and delivery of brand campaigns, bringing an understanding of how creative ideas work across paid, owned, and earned media.

You’ll manage stakeholders and agency relationships, help navigate approvals, and ensure activity is strategically aligned, distinctive, and consistent.

How You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen

Brand Strategy and Planning

  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in developing and implementing brand strategy and integrated brand plans.
  • Translate business and customer priorities into clear brand objectives, strategic recommendations, and actionable plans.
  • Connect brand activity across business units, identifying opportunities for greater consistency, collaboration, and impact.
  • Bring external thinking, competitor awareness, and category insight into brand planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare clear strategic materials and recommendations for stakeholders, taking the complex and making it simple.

Brand Architecture and Naming

  • Support the development and application of brand architecture across products, services, propositions, partnerships, and customer experiences.
  • Lead or support naming projects from brief and strategic criteria through to stakeholder alignment, evaluation, and recommendation.
  • Provide clear guidance and expertise on how the brand should be structured, presented, and endorsed across the business.
  • Work with relevant legal, risk, and compliance partners to support appropriate brand protection and governance.
  • Help maintain practical frameworks, principles, and guidance that enable teams to make consistent brand decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
