We’re working with an industry-leading brand that’s looking for an experienced Product Brand Manager to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave.
This is a great opportunity to join a leading homeware brand where product is at the heart of everything you do. You’ll have the chance to make a real impact, take ownership of key product marketing activity and work collaboratively across the business to bring products to life.
If you’re a hands-on Product Brand Manager who enjoys getting under the skin of a product, shaping its story and seeing your work translate into commercial results, we’d love to hear from you.
Please note: this role is suited to Product Brand Managers with extensive product ownership experience, rather than general brand marketers.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of product storytelling and positioning across your categories, working closely with Product Development, Design, Sales and E-commerce to ensure products stand out in a competitive market and convert shoppers into customers.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Product ownership and positioning: Taking ownership of products from concept through to launch, developing clear positioning and messaging that brings product features and benefits to life.
- New product development: Leading the marketing side of NPD, including positioning, packaging, artwork, copywriting and go-to-market planning.
- Product storytelling: Turning technical product features into compelling, benefit-led stories that resonate with consumers and drive purchase.
- E-commerce content: Developing high-quality product listing assets for online marketplaces, including Amazon, with responsibility for product copy, SEO, imagery and video content.
- Creative content: Briefing and managing product photoshoots, video production and creative assets to ensure products are presented in the best possible way.
- Omnichannel marketing: Working with internal teams and external creative partners to deliver engaging content across e-commerce, social media, influencers and wider digital channels.
- Commercial impact: Using consumer insights, market research and customer feedback to refine product messaging, identify opportunities and support sales teams with compelling product propositions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with Product Development, Graphics, Sales and E-commerce to ensure consistent product storytelling from concept to launch.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
