Brand Manager
Location: Holsworthy, Devon
Work Arrangement: Hybrid working
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000
Contract: Fixed-term contract, 12 months
Moorland Recruitment is partnering with a fantastic, purpose-led food manufacturer to recruit an experienced Brand Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an established consumer brand, working across brand strategy, integrated campaigns and new product development within a creative, ethical and inclusive business.

Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering the annual brand plan
- Managing the marketing budget
- Leading campaigns across digital, email, social, consumer and trade channels
- Working with NPD to take new products from concept to launch
- Managing packaging, positioning and go-to-market plans
- Monitoring consumer trends, competitors and campaign performance
- Managing agency partners and supporting a Design Assistant

Requirements
We are looking for someone with Brand Manager or senior marketing experience, ideally within food, drink, FMCG or another consumer-led sector. You should be commercially aware, creative and comfortable combining strategy with hands-on delivery.
