Brand Manager, Spirits
About the Role
This is a unique chance to shape the growth of a luxury spirits portfolio as Brand Manager, joining an award-winning premium drinks group with a genuine pioneering spirit.
The group is known for exceptional quality at every touchpoint, and its spirits business, complete with its own distillery and brand home, is building its presence in the UK and internationally. This role sits at the heart of a wide marketing team covering Brand, Digital, Creative, Partnerships, Events and Trade Marketing.
Reporting to the Group Head of Brand, you'll turn brand strategy into campaigns, launches and content that bring a luxury brand to life. You'll work closely with the CEO, the Whiskymaker, Sales and agency partners. For someone with a love of spirits and a real eye for luxury, it's a chance to make your mark on a brand with real heritage and ambition.

What You'll Be Doing
- Shape and deliver brand strategy with the Group Head of Brand, across campaigns, launches, key moments and always-on activity.
- Set brand objectives, KPIs and growth targets, and own the marketing calendar to keep every team aligned.
- Lead the creation of compelling brand assets, content and copy, working with the in-house design and copywriting team.
- Manage creative and design agencies, as well as POS, collateral and packaging production from brief to delivery.
- Act as Brand Guardian, owning and evolving the brand guidelines so every touchpoint reflects the brand's luxury positioning.
- Use market research and consumer insight to shape recommendations and strategic direction for leadership.
- Support the international sales team with brand requirements, partnerships and activation.
- Manage the brand budget tracker and lead the quarterly internal newsletter.

What We're Looking For
- Extensive brand management experience, ideally within luxury spirits or premium drinks.
- A strong luxury sensibility, with a deep understanding of luxury consumers, products and aesthetics.
- A proven track record in brand building, campaign management and strategic planning.
- Strong analytical skills and an insight-led approach to brand growth.
- Experience managing creative agencies and overseeing content, packaging and POS production.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to deliver at pace across multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence working alongside senior stakeholders.
- A genuine passion for spirits and an interest in product knowledge and industry trends.
