The Advocate Group are proud to be partnered with a leading soft drinks business, home to a portfolio of much-loved brands with a strong heritage and ambitious plans for the future.
We’re looking for a Brand Manager on a 12 Month FTC to take the lead on a key portfolio, shaping brand strategy, driving impactful marketing activity and bringing exciting innovation to market.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on marketer to make a real impact across a high-profile brand and play a key role in its continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver annual brand plans, translating strategy into impactful marketing activity and commercial growth.
- Develop and execute consumer marketing plans across campaigns, activations, social and customer marketing.
- Lead NPD projects from ideation through to launch, managing timelines, budgets and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Brief and manage external agencies across creative, social, media and consumer marketing.
- Partner with commercial and category teams to maximise the impact of brand plans.
- Turn consumer, shopper and market insight into opportunities that shape brand strategy and activity.
- Build strong internal and external relationships, ensuring the brand continues to stand out and deliver against its ambitions.

About You:
- Brand Management experience within FMCG.
- Experience managing NPD projects from concept through to launch.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer dynamics.
- Confident working with creative and external agency partners.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills.
- A proactive, hands-on marketer who enjoys taking ownership and turning ideas into action.
