Salary: Competitive
Hours: Core working hours are 9:30am to 5:00pm, 40 hours per week, worked over five days, Monday to Friday.
Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days working from home.
Start date: Immediate

As part of our commitment to innovation and development, we are seeking for experienced and commercially focused Brand Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering robust brand strategies aligned to broader business objectives, translating market, consumer and commercial insights into clear and actionable plans, and overseeing the execution of integrated marketing initiatives. Working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving brand equity, market performance and sustainable commercial growth. You will bring a proven track record in brand management, strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management and the ability to lead complex projects from strategy through to execution in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities will include…
Brand Marketing & Communications
- Brand management of a portfolio of brands.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated ATL and BTL marketing campaigns, including high-profile advertising across TV, print, outdoor, digital and other relevant channels.
- Own the development and maintenance of brand assets and promotional materials, ensuring they are on-brand, up to date and compliant with industry regulation.
- Lead the planning and delivery of key BTL activity, including sampling, experiential and offline communications.
- Translate insight into actionable brand strategies, campaigns and opportunities for growth.
- Develop clear creative and campaign briefs and manage projects from initial brief through to execution, ensuring activity delivers against agreed objectives.
- Engaging internal teams on brand plans and campaign requirements.
- Liaising with external agencies, setting clear briefs and objectives, providing constructive feedback and holding agencies accountable for delivery and performance.
- Ensuring cost effective campaigns negotiated and delivered, maintaining a record of expenditure ensuring campaigns are completed within budget.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, proactively identifying competitor activity, market trends and opportunities.
New Product Development Support
- Lead marketing workstreams for NPD projects, assisting with opportunity identification and concept development through to launch.
- Develop and refine propositions, positioning and key messaging, ensuring they meet identified consumer needs and support the broader brand strategy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation, projects, packaging and assets progress effectively against agreed timelines, owning marketing inputs.
- Develop robust go-to-market and launch plans for new products, ensuring all relevant channels and stakeholders are aligned.
- Leading the execution of NPD launch activity across relevant marketing channels, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to optimise.

Partnership, Event & Project Support
- Managing contractual requirements with partners, building relationships and act as key contact with external stakeholders.
- Assisting in the organisation of internal and external marketing events.
- Preparing brand presentations for sales and export stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive years’ of brand marketing experience, ideally from an FMCG branded background. Experience in nutrition/healthcare a bonus but not required.
- Experience in regulated markets preferable, but not required.
- Offline marketing experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and good consumer and technical writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to be flexible and embrace change.
- Confidence in taking a proactive, personable approach.
- Comfortable working within a small team in a hands on, fast-paced environment.
