Brand Manager – Innovation

Do you have experience bringing FMCG innovation projects successfully to market?
Our Innovation Team is looking for a resilient, resourceful, and commercially minded Brand Manager – Innovation to help shape the future of our international tea portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the development of our innovation pipeline and lead key projects across priority markets, including the UK, Canada, US, and Australia. You’ll combine creative thinking with strong execution, working across multiple functions and international markets to turn consumer insights into successful innovation opportunities.
This isn’t a traditional brand management role. You’ll be part of a transformation agenda, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, R&D, Tea Buying & Blending, Project Management, and Legal teams to deliver innovation projects from opportunity assessment through to marketplace launch.
What you'll do:
- Support the development of the innovation pipeline and lead project execution
- Develop and implement propositions and the marketing mix across priority markets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders internationally
- Lead innovation gate documents and presentations
- Manage creative agencies and develop activation toolkits
- Support A&P planning, budget management, delivery, and optimization
- Analyse the impact of marketing activity and recommend improvements
- Identify emerging trends and translate insights into innovation opportunities for tea

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience leading FMCG innovation projects and launching products into the marketplace
- Strong project management skills and commercial grounding
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and influencing skills
- Strong critical thinking and analytical capability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A strong drive for results and commitment to delivering on time
- An entrepreneurial approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming project challenges
- International experience would be desirable
