Marvel FMCG are exclusively partnered with AB World Foods on their search for a Brand Manager to lead Blue Dragon’s “New Spaces” in the Korean and Condiments portfolios across Europe, with your feet firmly planted in the Swedish market.
You’ll build it, not babysit it
This isn’t a role where you inherit a finished plan and keep the lights on.
New Spaces is exactly that. Space. Korean and Condiments across Europe, with Sweden as your launchpad into the Nordics and beyond. You’ll shape the strategy and see it through, working hand in hand with their long-standing distributor partner to make it actually land on shelf.
You’ll sit in a small, tight European brand team, so there’s nowhere to hide and plenty of room to move. From new products to distributor engagement, you’ll get to flex every brand-building muscle you’ve got.
Start-up freedom. Global FMCG backing. Not many roles give you both. This one does.
The brand behind you
Blue Dragon has been about exploration since 1977. Japanese ramen, stir fry, Thai green curry and a whole world of Asian flavour made effortless for people at home.
And it’s not a quiet brand:
- The UK’s No.1 Pan-Asian brand, with 13 Great Taste Awards to its name.
- Double-digit growth, with 32% of UK households already buying one of its products.
- Energetic, adventurous, and reassuringly reliable — the brand that makes vibrant Pan-Asian food culture easy to explore and create at home.
Now here’s the fun part. New Spaces takes all that trust and points it at a fresh territory in markets where the brand is still writing its first chapter. You’re not maintaining a legacy. You’re helping start one.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
