Are you an experienced Brand Manager with automotive sales management experience?
If so … you could be just who Waylands are looking for to run our established MG dealership in Oxford.
What’s The Role?
This is an opportunity to lead a team in providing a high-quality service for our customers. Reporting to the General Manager, this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, and offers the opportunity to join a leading automotive retail group representing a fantastic brand.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent relationship building skills, an ability to lead and motivate a team to meet targets, KPI’s and goals, with a calm and professional manner.
What does a typical day involve?
- Managing the team of Sales Executives. Providing coaching and training to improve their performance, with emphasis on customer satisfaction, sales process and product knowledge
- Leading and motivating the team to meet sales targets on vehicles, finance and insurance products
- Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email
- Ensuring customer satisfaction index scores are consistently high
- Handling any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way
- Collating finance proposals for customers
- Responsible for ensuring our customers receive an exceptional level of customer service, promoting loyalty, retention and satisfaction of the brand and dealership.
- Build a strong and long-lasting relationship with our MG brand partners.
- Developing sales and marketing plans and budgets to achieve agreed financial, marketing and sales objectives, including new cars, accessories, used cars, finance, overheads and all related items.
- Ensuring that all regulations and standards with regards to FCA are adhered to for both Finance & Insurance within your branch.

- 5-day week on a set rota that includes weekends (45 hours per week).
- Generous basic of £40,000 with an OTE of £60k.
