About the Company:
We’re working with an innovative and growing consumer health business specialising in science-led nutraceutical and eye-care solutions.
With a strong focus on research, product quality, and consumer wellbeing, the organisation develops specialist nutritional products designed to support eye health and healthy ageing. The business operates across international markets and combines scientific expertise with a consumer-focused approach to brand development.
As the company continues to grow its presence across the UK and Ireland, we are looking for an ambitious marketer to play a key role in shaping and accelerating the next stage of growth.
About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious, commercially focused Brand Manager to lead the development and growth of an eye-care nutraceutical portfolio across Ireland and the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer who combines strategic brand thinking with strong commercial execution. You will translate consumer, customer, and scientific insights into compelling brand strategies, propositions, and marketing programmes that build awareness, drive recommendation and trial, encourage repeat purchase, and ultimately deliver category growth.
You’ll have a genuine interest in health, wellness, nutrition, and eye care, and be comfortable working at the intersection of science, consumer marketing, healthcare professional engagement, and commercial performance.
Working closely with Sales, Medical/Scientific Affairs, Regulatory, Operations, and external agencies, you will help build a distinctive, trusted, and commercially successful eye-care brand across two important markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Own the annual brand strategy and marketing plan for the eye-care portfolio across Ireland and the UK.
- Develop clear brand positioning, consumer propositions, messaging architecture, and brand guidelines.
- Identify growth opportunities through market, consumer, competitor, and category analysis.
- Translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable brand initiatives.
- Develop annual brand plans, budgets, forecasts, and commercial objectives.
- Establish clear KPIs and measure brand performance against agreed objectives.
Portfolio & Product Management
- Lead the positioning and lifecycle management of existing eye-care products.
- Identify opportunities for new products, line extensions, pack formats, and innovation.
- Develop business cases for new product opportunities in partnership with commercial, scientific, and operational teams.
- Manage product launches from concept through to market execution.
- Ensure the portfolio remains differentiated, relevant, and competitive.
Consumer & Customer Marketing
- Develop integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, PR, e-commerce, retail, and healthcare professional channels.
- Define target audiences and develop consumer journeys across awareness, education, consideration, and conversion.
- Develop compelling educational content around eye health, nutrition, and healthy ageing.
- Work with agencies and internal teams to deliver high-quality creative assets and campaigns.
- Develop e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives to drive acquisition and repeat purchase.
- Use consumer insight and data to continually optimise marketing activity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
