Commercial Brand Manager

Juicy Couture | London | 12-Month FTC (Maternity Cover)
Salary: Excellent Salary + Bonus + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the world's most recognisable lifestyle brands.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Brand Manager to lead and drive the continued growth of Juicy Couture across product, brand, commercial and marketing functions. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this is a highly visible role that combines strategic brand management with commercial decision-making and cross-functional leadership.

This position would suit an experienced Brand Manager, Commercial Manager, Senior Buying Manager, Head of Product, Head of Design, Category Manager or Brand Director looking for a broad and influential role within a globally recognised fashion and lifestyle brand.

The Opportunity

You will act as a key figurehead for the Juicy Couture business, working closely with design, product, sales and marketing teams to ensure the brand continues to evolve whilst maintaining its global DNA and commercial success.

The role offers significant exposure across:

  • Brand strategy and commercial planning
  • Product and range direction
  • Licensing and brand owner relationships
  • Marketing and campaign execution
  • Collection approvals and seasonal launches
  • Brand collaborations and partnerships
  • Senior stakeholder engagement

This is an opportunity to influence both the creative and commercial direction of an internationally recognised fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Leadership & Strategy

  • Drive the commercial and strategic growth of the Juicy Couture brand.
  • Develop and execute brand strategies that support long-term growth and market relevance.
  • Act as a key representative of the brand internally and externally.
  • Present brand direction and strategic initiatives to senior leadership and board stakeholders.

Product & Collection Management

  • Oversee seasonal collection development and range direction.
  • Ensure all product categories remain aligned with brand identity, customer expectations and commercial objectives.
  • Lead the approval process for collections with licensors and brand owners.
  • Manage external range reviews across footwear, jewellery and other licensed categories.

Commercial & Marketing

  • Partner closely with sales, product and marketing teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Support pricing, forecasting, margin planning and performance analysis.
  • Develop seasonal brand presentations and launch materials.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives support commercial objectives and brand positioning.

Partnerships & Licensing

  • Manage relationships with licensors, distributors and brand owners.
  • Lead brand collaboration projects from concept through to execution.
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities that strengthen brand visibility and commercial performance.

Leadership

  • Lead and develop the Design team through the Senior Designer.
  • Foster collaboration across design, product, sales and marketing functions.
  • Drive high standards of creativity, execution and commercial performance across the business.

About You

We are interested in speaking with individuals who bring a blend of commercial, creative and leadership expertise.

You will likely have:

  • 8+ years' experience within fashion, lifestyle, retail or branded consumer businesses.
  • Experience in roles such as Brand Manager, Commercial Manager, Buying Manager, Head of Product, Head of Design or similar.
  • Strong understanding of product development, brand management and commercial planning.
  • Experience working with premium, high street or internationally recognised brands.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, margin management and pricing strategy.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with licensors, distributors and brand owners.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
  • A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
