Senior Brand Manager | Luxury Fragrance, Beauty & Skincare

London | Hybrid Working | £65,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

A highly respected name within the luxury beauty industry, representing an exceptional portfolio of internationally recognised fragrance and beauty brands is recruiting for a Senior Brand Manager. They are now looking to appoint a Senior Brand Manager to take ownership of multiple premium brands, driving commercial growth through innovative marketing, product launches and retail activation. Please note - this role requires previous experience managing multiple luxury brands. Unfortunately, applicants whose experience is limited to a single brand or outside the premium beauty sector are unlikely to be considered.

About the role

You'll be responsible for developing and delivering brand strategy across a portfolio of prestigious luxury brands, creating compelling 360° marketing campaigns that build brand equity while delivering strong commercial results.

Working closely with international brand owners, premium retail partners and internal sales, digital and marketing teams, you'll ensure every launch and campaign is executed to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver annual brand and marketing plans.
  • Lead new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Create impactful retail, digital and experiential marketing activations.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasting and campaign performance.
  • Analyse sales performance, market trends and competitor activity.
  • Build strong relationships with global brand partners and key retailers.
  • Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness, market share and profitability.
  • Collaborate across internal departments to deliver best-in-class execution.

About you

You'll already have experience managing multiple premium brands within the luxury sector and understand what it takes to build commercially successful brands.

Essential experience

  • Previous Brand Management experience within luxury fragrance or skincare or cosmetics / makeup is essential
  • Experience managing multiple premium brands simultaneously is essential.
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent analytical skills.
  • Experience delivering successful product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Confident working with premium retail partners and international stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, proactive and collaborative.
