Brand Manager | Cosmetics and Beauty
Location: Central London, Hybrid position
Salary: Very competitive
I’m working with a cosmetics business looking for a Brand Manager to join its team in London. This could suit an established Brand Manager looking for a new challenge, or a strong Assistant Brand Manager ready to step up.
You’ll be involved in shaping brand plans and bringing them to life across product launches, campaigns and day-to-day marketing activity. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to make sure projects stay on track and the brand is presented consistently across its channels.
The role will involve:
- Supporting the development and delivery of the brand strategy and marketing calendar
- Planning and coordinating campaigns and new product launches
- Working with internal teams and external partners on creative assets and marketing activity
- Keeping an eye on consumer trends, competitors and opportunities for the brand
- Preparing presentations
- Reviewing campaign performance and using those insights to help shape future plans

I’d love to speak with you if you have:
- Brand or marketing experience within cosmetics, haircare or skincare
- Experience supporting product launches and managing several projects at once
- Brand Strategy & consumer insights experience
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with different teams
- A creative approach alongside good commercial awareness
- The ability to commute to central London as part of a hybrid working pattern
