A highly respected and fast-growing luxury beauty distributor is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to take ownership of a prestigious international fragrance brand during a maternity cover period. Renowned for partnering with some of the world's most sought-after luxury brands, the business operates across premium retail channels and is known for delivering exceptional brand growth within the UK market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where you'll have genuine influence over brand strategy, commercial performance, and market execution for a globally recognised luxury fragrance house.
Your new role
As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering the UK brand strategy, ensuring strong commercial performance while safeguarding the brand's luxury positioning at every customer touchpoint. Working closely with international stakeholders and internal teams across Sales, Retail, PR, Digital, Visual Merchandising, Finance, and Operations, you will develop and execute annual brand plans, oversee product launches, manage budgets and forecasts, and drive impactful 360° marketing campaigns.

You will analyse performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, manage retailer relationships, and ensure all activity aligns with both global objectives and local market needs. This is a highly visible role offering significant ownership and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on an ambitious luxury brand.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience as a Brand Manager within luxury fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, or another premium consumer brand environment.
- Strong understanding of the UK luxury retail landscape, with fragrance sector experience highly advantageous.
- Proven success delivering brand plans, new product launches, and integrated 360° marketing campaigns.
- Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting sales, analysing performance, and achieving KPIs.
- Experience working with international brand owners and adapting global strategies for local market execution.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and build effective cross-functional relationships.
- A passion for luxury brands and a deep understanding of maintaining premium brand equity.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership, solve problems, and drive results independently.
