Job Title: Brand Manager 12 months fixed term contract
Location: London Office - Hybrid 3 days in the office
Job Description
Galderma UK is looking for a Brand Manager to join our Aesthetics team in London and manage our neuromodulator portfolio. The role is hybrid and gives you the flexibility to arrange your schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategy and plans and implement it effectively in market to achieve the business goals and objectives and target customers. Including annual calendar, competitor & stakeholder management, own KPIs etc.
- Drive strong engagement with HCPs through education programs to increase our presence and consumption.
- Develop communication plan and promotional materials for both HCPs and Patients to deliver our brand message. Including working closely with PR agencies, owning logo and visuals and maximise the use of digital.
- Implement Product / Brand Management plans and processes associated with a product or product line at all stages of its lifecycle to maximize product/brand appeal to target customers.
- Coordinate with the team to monitor product performance and directing product and/or marketing adjustments
- Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with other specialist departments and external service providers
- Responsible for management and tracking of sales data and marketing budget.
- Lead to identify future growth opportunities including new product launch preparation
- Ensure compliance with the ABPI code of practice

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or similar
- Strong Experience within Aesthetics/ Pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated background developing strategy and growth and implement it effectively in market to achieve the business goals and objectives
- Demonstrable ability creating materials and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Experience working with of managing agencies and budgets
- Good understanding of customer and key stakeholders' interests and concerns
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong experience in working in complex matrix organizations.
