Leaving our local marketing teams to deliver on our regional goals in partnership with our Sales teams.

About the role
We are looking for a commercially minded Brand Manager to join our Medical Nutrition team, supporting our Cow’s Milk Allergy portfolio. You will translate brand strategy into high-impact UK execution, using customer, market and performance insight to drive sustainable growth and meaningful engagement with healthcare professionals.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for the CMA portfolio, aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
- Support delivery of sales, financial and market-share goals, tracking performance and turning insight into action.
- Use market, customer and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities and inform brand priorities.
- Develop compelling HCP marketing and educational programmes across relevant primary and secondary care audiences.
- Plan and deliver integrated omnichannel campaigns across digital, CRM, field-force and face-to-face channels.
- Translate scientific evidence into clear, differentiated and compliant brand communications.
- Build understanding of the patient pathway, NHS environment and prescribing landscape
- Partner closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, Supply and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Brief and manage agency partners and deliver projects from concept through to approval, implementation and evaluation.
- Manage allocated marketing budgets and continually optimise activity based on performance and customer engagement.
- Contribute to longer-term portfolio strategy, communication direction, innovation and local business-development opportunities.

The experience we're looking for
Brand management or relevant marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, or medical nutrition, space.
Strong commercial and analytical capability with confidence interpreting market and performance data.
Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong communication, presentation, storytelling and stakeholder-management skills.
Digital marketing capability and an understanding of insight-led customer engagement.
Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and agency partners.
Experience in medical nutrition, infant nutrition, paediatrics, allergy or HCP marketing is advantageous but not essential.
