The Role
As Brand Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and growing one of the UK's most recognised food brands. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll lead the delivery of innovative, insight-led marketing campaigns that drive brand engagement, shopper conversion, and commercial growth. From PR, influencer activity, and consumer campaigns through to in-store activation, new product launches, and sustainability initiatives, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the full marketing mix. This is a highly visible role, offering the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and key retail partners while helping to drive the future direction of a category-leading brand.

This role would suit an ambitious Assistant Brand Manager ready for their first Brand Manager position, or an established Brand Manager looking for a broader role with genuine ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to influence a market-leading brand.
The Ideal Fit
- Previous Brand Management or Marketing experience within FMCG, ideally within food or drink
- Proven track record of developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and commercial results
- Passion for consumer brands, innovation, and sustainability within the food industry.
- Experience managing agencies, PR activity, influencer campaigns, and shopper marketing initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver against deadlines and budgets.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the confidence to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, creative thinker who enjoys identifying new opportunities and challenging the status quo.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Category, Commercial, NPD, Technical, and Operations teams would be advantageous.

Salary and Location
- Salary: Up to £45,000, plus benefits package.
- Location: Hybrid – circa 3 days in Birmingham area HQ.
