We are also home to our Prestige portfolio of luxury brands such as Dermalogica, Hourglass and Living Proof; and Health & Wellbeing, a carefully crafted collection of Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements brands including Liquid I.V., Nutrafol and OLLY.

Job Purpose

Vaseline is a global Hand & Body leader with a 155-year legacy rooted in healing, trusted worldwide for its effectiveness in moisturizing and protecting skin. Today, the brand is not only a household essential but a cultural icon.

As we accelerate growth and transform Vaseline into a true Masterbrand—expanding into premium spaces, elevating desirability, and leading a social-first shift—the lip category stands as a key pillar of our future. Vaseline is already a global leader in lip care, and we are now focused on redefining the category through innovations, social-relevant mixes, and platform-native storytelling.

This role sits at the heart of that ambition, shaping the next chapter of Vaseline Lip and driving impact across innovation, social, and culture.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support and lead global innovation projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless OTIF delivery
  • Develop social-relevant, culturally informed and highly desirable beauty mixes to premiumise the brand
  • Lead end-to-end innovation development—from early concepts to full product mixes
  • Support and lead global campaign creation with agencies, creators, media partners, and markets
  • Drive Vaseline’s social-first transformation using social insights, platform trends, and creator culture
  • Manage agencies and partners to deliver best-in-class assets (KVs, packs, mock-ups, TVCs, digital and social campaigns, 7OAs, etc.)
  • Support the preparation of presentations and meetings for the B&W Leadership team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
