Partner Brand Marketing Lead

Are you an experienced marketer with a passion for brand growth and commercial success? This Partner Brand Marketing Lead opportunity offers the chance to take ownership of a portfolio of well-established partner brands across international markets. Working within a collaborative commercial and marketing team, you'll create strategies, manage investments, lead product launches and deliver campaigns that drive both brand performance and revenue growth.

What you’ll be doing

As Partner Brand Marketing Lead, the successful candidate will:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies that support commercial objectives across multiple export markets.
  • Shape brand positioning, influence product development and identify growth opportunities using customer, consumer, category and competitor insights.
  • Manage brand budgets, evaluate return on investment and ensure marketing activity delivers measurable business results.
  • Create effective go-to-market plans and maximize commercial opportunities across key markets by working closely with sales, technical, and marketing teams.
  • Act as the primary contact for external brand partners, building strong relationships and ensuring campaigns, launches, and communications align with agreed objectives.
  • Lead new product launches from concept through to post-launch review and drive integrated marketing activity across digital, trade, and point-of-sale channels.
  • Perform performance analysis, track KPIs, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and use data-driven insights to optimize future investment decisions.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Experience working as a Partner Brand Marketing Lead, Brand Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, Category Marketing Manager, or similar.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in brand, category, or trade marketing roles.
  • Experience developing and delivering brand plans, campaigns, and new product launches.
  • Essential experience within the food industry.
  • Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
  • Experience managing relationships with external partners or suppliers.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Degree in Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working within export markets would be advantageous.
  • Dairy sector experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
