Brand Manager – Gran Luchito
We are on the hunt for an experienced marketer to join our team as a Brand Manager | Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Ideally Full Time 40hrs a week – home based with limited travel required.

About the Role
As Brand Manager at Gran Luchito, you will play a key role in shaping and growing one of the UK's most exciting challenger food brands. Responsible for delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, shopper, and experiential channels, you will ensure the brand remains bold, authentic, and culturally relevant.
About You
To succeed in this role you will be a creative, self-starter and ready to make a significant impact on the Gran Luchito brand. You will naturally capture the distinctiveness of the Gran Luchito 'Great Little Fighter' brand, communicate in its authentic tone, and embody our core values of being nimble, authentic, progressive, and inclusive.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, experiential and retail channels that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and grow Gran Luchito's online presence—overseeing social media, website content, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Develop engaging and on-brand content for all marketing channels, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Grow an active and engaged community, proactively manage our online brand reputation and enhance customer relationships.
- Execute new product launches, working closely with the product and sales teams.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop trade marketing plans and point-of-sale materials.
- Analyse campaign performance, consumer insights and marketing trends to inform decision making and optimise future marketing plans.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience ideally at a challenger brand or at an agency working with FMCG or challenger brands with a proven track record of delivering growth.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media management and email platforms.
- Must have strong copywriting skills and the ability to clearly and effectively communicate marketing messages to our target audience.
- Experience with shopper marketing and retail activation is highly desirable.
- Creative and entrepreneurial, with a keen eye for content, storytelling and design; photography and video skills are highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure brand consistency.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills to measure and optimise campaigns.
- We are a small business, so a willingness to 'roll up your sleeves' and get involved whether it's sampling at a retailer HQ or conducting store visits is a prerequisite.
- Excellent IT skills giving you the ability to effectively work remotely in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
- Excellent project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple projects.
- Passionate about food, cooking and Mexican cuisine is a plus!
About You
- Must be an English speaker, based in the UK and eligible to work in the UK.
- Must be able to effectively work remotely in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
- Should be proficient with WordPress, SEO tactics and Adobe Photoshop.
- Have experience with Adobe Illustrator.
- Must be able to attend in-person work events when required, typically in London.

- Base Salary of £40k–£45k depending on location and experience
