🚀 About The Role

ZOE is growing fast and we’re looking for a superstar Brand Manager to join our Marketing team as ZOE takes its first steps into Retail!

You’ll report into the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Daily30, The Gut Health Bar and NPD, a marketing leader responsible for Product Marketing across our food and supplement business. While your home base sits within that team, your remit spans ZOE-wide marketing, Retail marketing and close liaison with our Operations delivery team.

This is a highly operational, high-impact role: you are the person who turns ideas into reality—bringing structure, pace, and clarity to retail marketing campaigns, product activations and selected NPD projects.

You’ll combine strong consumer insight with project management and marketing execution ensuring ideas become reality in a fast-paced environment.

👥 About The Team

The Product Marketing team sits within the wider Marketing Team. Present day, this is a small but scaling team that will see you will work hand-in-hand with a number of key orgs, including Marketing, Ops and Analytics. We move very fast, make our decisions based on testing and evidence and are expert collaborators.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

Ownership

  • Fully own Retail Marketing for our January launch into Retail
  • Execute all retail marketing across accounts to include POS, press, digital. Work with the in-house creative team and retail contacts to recommend media mix, brief in creative execution and measure success. Make recommendations based on learnings.
  • Work with our Retail account manager to analyse sales on a monthly basis and recommend action based on results
  • Own how we integrate our products into Retailer key moments and promotional opportunities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
