Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager / Brand Director to take ownership of WireNow's brand strategy, positioning and growth in the UK market. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build a brand from the ground up and understands both brand building and consumer marketing.
Location: Remote – Open to candidates globally

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute WireNow's overall brand strategy and positioning.
- Build strong brand awareness and trust among the Indian diaspora in the UK.
- Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, content, partnerships and offline channels.
- Own brand communication, tone of voice and creative direction.
- Work with designers, agencies, creators and internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and content.
- Identify and build partnerships with UK Indian communities, influencers, creators and relevant organisations.
- Develop culturally relevant campaigns around festivals, events and key moments.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with the Growth and Performance Marketing teams to connect brand awareness with customer acquisition.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing or a similar role.
- Experience in Fintech, Payments, Banking, Remittance or Consumer Technology is preferred.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning and consumer marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong digital, social media and content understanding.
- Experience working with creative agencies, designers and external partners.
- Strong understanding of the UK market and Indian diaspora.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking and stakeholder-management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
