Living life under your own terms is part of Jack Daniel’s maverick mantra and one the team lives and upholds daily. The pride and joy working for an iconic world-class badge brand is purposeful, fun, and rewarding!

Meaningful Work From Day One

As part of our ambition to make Jack Daniel’s the most valuable spirits brand in the world, the Brand Manager RTD (Ready-to-Drink) will play a key role in driving profitable growth for the Jack Daniel’s trademark in the UK.

In this role, you will lead the iconic Jack & Coke partnership in the UK, strengthening consumer engagement and delivering meaningful commercial impact. You will manage the existing Jack Daniel’s RTD portfolio and lead the development, execution, and launch of new products that support our growth ambitions and respond to evolving consumer needs.

The working style for this is 4 days a week out of our modern office in Fitrovia in central London with Fridays at home.

What You Can Expect

  • Jack & Coke Partnership Transition Management: Partner effectively across teams to support a smooth transition of the Jack & Coke portfolio back into Brown Forman ownership. Build strong strategic relationships with key internal and external partners to ensure close alignment.
  • RTD Portfolio and Innovation Leadership: Optimise the existing portfolio and identify white-space opportunities to shape a clear multi-year roadmap. Lead high-impact innovation from development through to launch, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, commercial priorities, and long-term RTD growth ambitions.
  • Market Research and Ideation: Leverage consumer insights, category performance, and cultural trends to shape an insight-led approach. Translate these learnings into viable business opportunities, compelling innovation territories, and a strong pipeline of new product ideas.
  • Jack & Coke Partnership Activation: Work closely with the Jack Daniel’s Communications team to amplify the Jack & Coke partnership. Translate brand positioning into culturally relevant, high-impact consumer experiences that strengthen engagement and reinforce Jack Daniel’s premium credentials.
  • Brand Planning: Support the annual Jack Daniel’s brand planning process, ensuring clear strategic alignment with commercial objectives, growth priorities, and the broader UK brand agenda.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimisation: Track performance, analyse results, and identify key learnings to optimise activity. Use insights, commercial performance, and business impact to inform recommendations and improve future plans.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage, influence, and collaborate with internal cross-functional partners across Insights, Customer Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Global teams. Translate brand strategies into actionable commercial plans that support effective execution across the business.
  • A&P Budget Management: Manage A&P budgets with discipline and accuracy, including tracking, forecasting, and spend optimization.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
