This is one of the fastest-growing names in health and wellness right now, a subscription supplement brand that's already built a loyal, rapidly growing customer base and closed a multi-million-pound funding round to fuel international expansion into the US and Europe.
Founded by a well-known health and wellness influencer with millions of followers across social media and a bestselling author in her own right, the brand sits at the premium end of the market, and there's a genuine reason people pay more for it. Getting that "why" across, and bringing it to life through brand and social, is exactly what this role exists to do.
You'll work directly alongside the founder, and the UK and international growth leads; a small, senior team with real trust in each other and real ambition for where this goes next. It's a rare chance to help shape a brand at this stage, with a founder who has serious reach and an audience that's already listening.
What you'll be doing
- Own the brand book, tone of voice and messaging across every touchpoint
- Lead organic social, treating what we say and how we say it as core brand work, not just content output
- Work directly with our founder to translate her personal brand and content instincts into the wider brand's voice and social presence
- Partner with UK and international growth teams to keep messaging consistent as we expand into new markets
- Champion our premium positioning, helping customers understand exactly why they're paying more, and why it's worth it
- Spot the cultural and seasonal moments that matter to our audience and turn them into content and activation ideas
- Own the feedback loop with customers and community, listening to reviews, DMs and comments, and turning that insight into sharper messaging
- Identify and nurture credible partners and collaborators who extend our reach without diluting our evidence-led positioning
- Support wider brand campaigns and launches as we scale

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we're looking for
- A hands-on doer, not a manager, you want to be in the detail, not overseeing a team
- Genuine personal interest in health, wellness and fitness, with an instinctive feel for premium brands and why customers choose to pay more for them
- Background in a premium or fast-scaling consumer brand, wellness, supplements, beauty or skincare all welcome; what matters is the premium positioning experience, not the category
- Confident and resilient, comfortable working closely with a founder who has a big public profile and a following to match
- Previous experience in an entrepreneurial, founder-led scale-up over a large corporate background
- Naturally curious about the customer, you read the reviews, listen to the community, and turn insight into action
- Comfortable with data, you can look at what's landing on social and use it to shape what comes next
