Join an energetic UK Health & Wellness team leading two high-growth, iconic FMCG snacking brands. One brand is a viral, hyper-chilled frozen fruit sensation taking social media by storm; the other is a fast-growing, wholesome pioneer in the healthy snacking bar category.
Operating within a lean, agile challenger-brand setup, this role offers hands-on ownership across digital strategy, PR, sampling, and full 360-degree brand activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrated 360 Campaigns: Spearhead through-the-line brand activations, working cross-functionally across trade, field, digital, and finance teams to drive brand relevance and awareness.
- Digital & Social Media Ownership: Own the local digital presence (TikTok and Instagram), curate locally relevant content calendars, and oversee community engagement.
- Agency & Partner Management: Direct external partners across social, media, PR, and field marketing, while building strategic influencer relationships to generate campaign hype.
- Sampling & Experiential Strategy: Oversee field marketing and sampling initiatives using a "perfect city" framework to drive product trial and increase shelf visibility.
- Media & Budget Optimization: Track investment performance, manage activation budgets, and run a test-and-learn media agenda to maximize Return on Sales (ROS).

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years’ experience in brand marketing, social media, or communications within high-growth FMCG/CPG brands or culturally relevant agencies.
- Demonstrated success leading 360-degree campaigns across PR, social, influencer marketing, sampling, and retail activations.
- Solid understanding of field marketing and product sampling strategies to drive trial at retail.
- An energetic, entrepreneurial, and self-starter mindset—comfortable navigating dynamic environments and maximizing budget impact.
- Bonus: Hands-on content creation skills (shooting and editing short-form video for Reels and TikTok)
