Would you like to shape the brand strategy and consumer presence of one of the world’s most prestigious beauty companies, home to a portfolio of iconic luxury brands with a global presence?

This is an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to join a high-profile, culturally influential business and play a key role in elevating brand desirability, strengthening consumer connections and driving growth through impactful PR, influencer and social activity.

The Role

  • Lead the development and execution of brand plans across PR, influencer marketing, social and consumer engagement.
  • Shape locally relevant brand strategies that bring global campaigns and brand priorities to life in the market.
  • Develop culturally relevant PR and influencer strategies that build brand awareness, desirability and advocacy.
  • Lead influencer partnerships, talent relationships, gifting, seeding and content collaborations.
  • Work closely with PR and influencer agencies to develop impactful campaigns and ensure excellent execution.
  • Drive social-first brand storytelling, working with social and content teams to create engaging and culturally relevant content.
  • Identify emerging social, cultural and consumer trends and translate these into opportunities for the brand.
  • Support major product launches, campaigns, events and brand moments, ensuring strong amplification across PR, influencer and social channels.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Digital, Media, Trade Marketing, CRM and Commercial teams to deliver connected brand experiences.
  • Use consumer insights, social listening and campaign performance to inform brand strategy and optimise activity.
  • Manage agency relationships, campaign timelines and budgets to ensure activity is delivered to a high standard.
  • Ensure all consumer-facing activity remains consistent with the brand’s positioning, identity and global guidelines.
  • Act as a strong brand advocate, ensuring the brand remains culturally relevant, distinctive and competitive within the luxury beauty landscape.

About You

  • Experience in brand marketing, consumer engagement, PR, influencer marketing or integrated communications.
  • Strong understanding of PR, influencer and social media, with a genuine passion for culture and consumer trends.
  • Experience developing and executing brand campaigns across multiple consumer touchpoints.
  • Strong understanding of how PR, influencers and social can work together to build brand equity and consumer engagement.
  • Creative and culturally curious, with the ability to identify trends and translate them into meaningful opportunities for a brand.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across senior internal teams and external agencies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities and deadlines.
  • Commercially minded, with an understanding of how brand-building activity can support consumer engagement and growth.
  • Confident working with global brand teams and adapting global strategies for local market relevance.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience within luxury, beauty, fashion or premium consumer brands is highly desirable.
