Brand Manager - Femcare Portfolio

At Essity, we’re looking for a Brand Manager to help drive the growth of our Femcare portfolio, including Bodyform®, one of the UK’s most recognised intimate health brands. This is an exciting opportunity to shape brand strategy, bring insight-led campaigns to life and make a real impact in a category that supports confidence, wellbeing and everyday health.

You’ll join a collaborative and supportive team where your ideas, commercial mindset and passion for brand building will help identify new opportunities, strengthen consumer engagement and deliver meaningful growth across the Bodyform® portfolio.

About The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is a permanent opportunity offered on a hybrid basis, with three days per week in our Didsbury office and two days working from home.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for the execution of key brand activities for Bodyform®, helping to deliver the marketing strategy and drive performance within the Femcare category.
  • Take ownership of brand communications, campaigns, promotions and innovation projects, working closely with teams across the UK and Europe to bring plans to market.
  • From product development and creative agency collaboration to retail activation and consumer insight, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our brand activity is engaging, consistent and commercially effective.
  • Support the development and delivery of educational materials and consumer-focused initiatives, working with internal teams and external partners to build strong awareness of the Bodyform® portfolio.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
