Welcome to KFC. Home of the real ones.

We sell the world’s best chicken. Seriously. And we’ve done it since 1939, when the idea of crispy, original recipe chicken took Kentucky by storm. Now, we’re proud to serve 1000+ communities across the UK and Ireland, bringing the grit, pride and iconic reputation that we started with, all those years ago.

Across the Restaurant Support Centre (RSC), we come to work to be ourselves, and to make something of ourselves. We want to see our potential go that little bit further, as part of one of the world’s most iconic brands.

What’s the gig? Well, you support our restaurants - and we’ll support you every step of the way. Simple. Our doors are open - and they can take you anywhere.

All we ask is that you be you. Because that makes us, us. Sound good? Great. Let’s find out about that job.

THE TEAM

Our Marketing team is a 50-strong crew of bold thinkers, culture shapers and creative doers - from Brand and Digital to Strategy, Food Quality and Innovation. We’re here to keep KFC at the heart of culture across the UK & Ireland, blending our iconic roots with fresh, fearless ideas that connect with real people. We don’t just make ads - we build love, drive growth, and stay one step ahead of what’s next.

ABOUT THE ROLE

KFC UK&I is looking for a talented and ambitious Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. We’re looking for someone who not only LOVES chicken, but has a real passion for marketing, culture and the KFC brand.

This role will lead the ROI business and help drive the next chapter of growth for KFC in Ireland. Owning the delivery of the ROI marketing calendar, from retail planning through to creative and media agency management, the Brand Manager will ensure campaigns land brilliantly, on time and in full.

They will play a key role in driving sales growth through impactful campaigns across the full marketing mix, while strengthening KFC’s brand relevance. We’re looking for someone who can connect commercial delivery with cultural impact — creating campaigns, social moments, PR buzz and restaurant experiences that keep KFC front of mind.

This is a unique opportunity to join a talented and award-winning Marketing team at one of the UKI’s largest and best-loved brands. We’re looking for an original: an innovative, dynamic and enthusiastic marketer with their finger firmly on the pulse. Someone who gets the fun, fresh and bold KFC brand personality — and brings it to life in everything they do.

There are buckets of opportunity to grow as part of an ambitious brand, and we’d love to hear from someone excited to build their career with KFC and Yum!

WHAT WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME DOING

  • Manage Creative and Media Agency: Lead day-to-day management of creative, media, social and PR agency partners, setting clear briefs, timelines and feedback to deliver brilliant work, efficiently and effectively.
  • Build the KFC Brand in Ireland: Create culturally relevant campaigns and moments that keep KFC front of mind in Irish communities, grow share of voice and strengthen brand relevance.
  • Maximise the Restaurant Experience: Work closely with Operations, Franchise and Restaurant teams to ensure campaigns land brilliantly in restaurant, with clear toolkits, strong execution and a guest experience that brings the brand to life.
  • Local Restaurant Marketing: Support targeted local marketing plans for new openings, competitor challenges and priority trading opportunities, tailoring activity to community needs and commercial objectives.
  • Champion Performance and Continuous Improvement: Track campaign performance, share learnings and bring a challenger mindset to improve planning, execution and ROI across future activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
